Hi, I’m Molly Luffy and I’m an Intuitive Business Coach.
I spent several years springing up the ladder in the corporate world. I was a hard worker and success came quite easily for me. In fact, I landed a position as the first female Vice President of a company before I hit 30 years old.
But while I loved the income I was making, I didn’t feel like my work was very meaningful. Something inside me knew I was meant to make a bigger difference in the world.
In 2001, I decided it was time to strike out on my own and set up my own coaching business. But I didn’t immediately soar to success like I had in the corporate world before. And pretty soon, I was pulling my hair out wondering what I was doing wrong.
So I took tons of classes, listened to a million teleseminars, read every business success book I could find, and spent a fortune going to conferences and workshops -- -- all trying to find the golden
I was so excited when I discovered the Law of Attraction because it really resonated with me. I loved how it said that we were born to have a joyful, meaningful and abundant life – we just had to shed all the other thoughts and beliefs we’ve accumulated over the years that kept us from achieving it. It also explained why others seemed to attract everything they wanted so effortlessly.
So I dove in headfirst. But soon, I was even more frustrated than before because it just didn’t seem to be working for me.
Then one day I was sitting in a workshop with Debbie Ford (who wrote the bestselling Dark Side of the Light Chasers ) and as she led us through a guided meditation I received a message: “Love yourself first.”
Instantly, I was flooded with emotion. I realized that I had started to doubt myself. Big time. And I suddenly realized the key to success I was so desperately searching for was right there all along. All this time I’d been looking to everyone else for answers -- but the real answers were inside ME.
To be successful, I needed to get out of my own way. Because success isn’t something you achieve…it’s something you create from the inside -out.
All this time, the avalanche of “stuff” I had been grappling with -- -- the deep-seated fears, negative beliefs and painful emotions I’d been trying to hide from everyone else – were broadcasting themselves loud and clear.
That’s why the Law of Attraction (and everything else) wasn’t working for me...
You can’t attract or don’t believe you deserve.
My own feelings of inadequacy were literally blocking my success. While I was relieved to finally understand what was going on, I wasn’t sure what to do. But I was dead-set on finding out.
So I went on yet another quest for answers. I tried everything to clean out the inner “junk” that had been holding me back. Reiki, Craniosacral, Guided Meditations…you name it, and I’ve probably tried it.
They all helped a little, but it didn’t do any good when I was sitting in my office struggling to pick up the phone and call a prospect. I needed to find a tool I could use to jettison the negative feelings and fear on the spot , when I most needed it. So my search continued.
Thankfully, I finally stumbled upon a tool that freed the energy that had been locked up in these toxic fears and beliefs almost instantaneously -- -- and magically, things began to change.
